Product Performance:
Relying on rubber's special performance as longrange elasticity,
air impermeability, medium, climate and radiation resistance, the
product is manufactured through combination of inclined polyester
cord fabric with highstrength and cold and hot stability and
molding crosslinking under high pressure and temperature. It has
high density inside and can bear high pressure and has excellent
elastic deformation. The product's structural design in cross
section arc height, curve length owns multi-functional
displacement. Especially, it is suitable to be used where there are
complex geologic conditions and large sedimentation range and
frequent cold and hot changes that will damage pipes inside pipes.
It can remove physical damage of displacement of pump, valve, anf
pipes through rubber's flexible gliding shift and distorting
mechanical heat transfer and radiation. Rubber is a kind of low
conduction material, so it can be an ideal product for reducing
librations and noise transfer. It is desighed with smooth walls and
has no influence on flow speed of medium in tests and never rusts
either. Therefore, maiintenance is not necessary in calid operation
period.
Application:
Equipped with the excellent comprehensive performances of flexible
rubber joint, the product can be used for lift and transportation
of raw water and sewage, transportation of water supply, cooling
water of thermal power plant, condensate, water of metallurgy
industry and chemical material of chemical industries, and flexible
connection of other industries. It is also suitable to transport
all grain and power material and gas for its high abrasive
resistance.
